Do you require reservations?

We recommend reservations but do not require them.  

Do you deliver in bad weather:

We do our best to deliver in bad weather but do reserve the right to reschedule the delivery if we feel the person making the delivery would be in danger or the weather would be such that it could cause damage to our signs.

Do you give refunds?

You will receive a refund of your rental fee if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance.  If we have already designed your personalized keepsake plaque we will deliver the keepsake plaque and charge $20.00 and a delivery fee if applicable.  You will not receive a refund if you give incorrect address information or if the homeowner refuses to allow us to put the sign up.

What forms of Payment do you Accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Pay Pal.

When is Payment Due?

Payment is required when you call to place your order.  A reservation cannot be held without payment.
